Terms of Use

1. Service

StickerPi provides photo-to-static-sticker generation, AI-assisted creation, creation history, sticker download and sharing, and Discover browsing. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Features, models, and quotas may vary by version, region, and availability.

2. Accounts and age

Core features require Apple or Google sign-in. Protect your account and device; do not impersonate others or transfer accounts. Users below the age required to enter digital-service agreements in their region must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User content and license

You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content and represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload, generate, and share it. You grant us and necessary providers a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transform, and transmit content to provide the Service. If you separately submit or authorize content for Discover, you also permit display, caching, and promotion within StickerPi until that authorization is withdrawn, subject to law and reasonable cache expiry.

4. Generated content

You may use outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law. AI copyright and commercial-use rules vary by jurisdiction. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs; we do not promise exclusivity, registrability, or non-infringement.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, exploitative sexual, privacy-invasive, copyright-, trademark-, or publicity-rights-infringing content.
• Using another person’s image without consent, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, or harassment.
• Spam, abuse of support or review channels, evading safety, quotas, or moderation, scraping, attacks, reverse engineering, or service interference.
• Child exploitation, scams, malware, or other unlawful activity.

6. Subscriptions, credits, and refunds

Apple processes in-app purchases and Stripe processes website purchases. Subscriptions renew for the period shown until canceled: manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple Account, and manage website subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal linked from the website membership page. An active Apple subscription cannot be stacked with a website subscription. Prices, benefits, and credit usage are shown on the applicable purchase screen. Apple handles App Store refunds under its policies; for website-purchase refunds, contact support, subject to the Stripe transaction and applicable consumer law. Consumed credits are generally not restored unless a generation fails because of a system error.

7. Content review and enforcement

We may review content or complaints, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate serious or repeated violators, and cooperate with authorities when legally required.

8. Changes, disclaimers, and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or any particular output, and are not responsible for third-party outages, user content, or indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability.

9. Termination and updates

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion through support@stickerpi.com. Before account deletion, Stripe website subscriptions are scheduled to cancel at period end; Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately in your Apple Account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security, or legal reasons. Updates are posted here, with reasonable notice for material changes; continued use means acceptance.
