Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Account data: the unique account identifier, name, email address, and avatar (if available) supplied by Apple or Google. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
• User content: photos or video frames you select, text prompts, styles and generation settings, generated static stickers, content you separately submit or authorize for public display, and customer-support communications.
• Purchases and credits: product, transaction, subscription status, and credit ledger data supplied by Apple or Stripe. Apple processes in-app purchases and Stripe processes website purchases; we do not receive or store full card numbers or full payment credentials.
• Usage and security data: user ID, generation counts, feature and style selections, request time, result status, error codes, IP address, User-Agent, and device model for app functionality, analytics, quotas, abuse prevention, and security.

We do not intentionally collect precise location, address-book contacts, health data, credit information, IDFA, or IDFV. The client does not include third-party advertising or cross-site tracking SDKs.

2. Purposes

• Sign-in, sync, generation, storage, download, and display of requested stickers.
• Customer support, Discover browsing, and saved creation history.
• Subscription verification, credit administration, refunds, and restore-purchase support.
• Security, reports, troubleshooting, and aggregated product improvement.

3. Service providers and disclosure

We disclose data only as necessary to Apple (sign-in, StoreKit subscriptions and payments), Stripe (website checkout, subscription administration, payments, and fraud prevention), Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Images, networking, and security), and the AI image provider enabled in our administration system (currently primarily OpenAI). Uploaded media, prompts, and settings may be sent to the AI provider to perform the generation you request. We do not sell or share information for advertising.

4. Public content

Discover contains content selected and published by our team, including content separately submitted or authorized for public display. Other users may view or save public content. Your private creation history is not placed in Discover unless separate publication authorization is obtained.

5. Retention, export, and deletion

• While your account is active, we retain data needed for sign-in, sync, creation history, purchases, and subscriptions. You may remove individual creations in the App.
• To request a copy of account data or account deletion, email support@stickerpi.com. We will verify the request and explain any steps required under applicable law.
• Before account deletion, we close unfinished website checkouts and schedule active Stripe website subscriptions to cancel at the end of the current billing period. If cancellation fails, deletion does not proceed while billing may continue. Apple subscriptions must still be canceled in your Apple Account. Account access and sessions are then disabled. Account-linked personal data is generally deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except records we must retain for finance, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
• Deleted or unpublished public content is removed from the service; edge caches may take a short time to refresh.

6. Security and international processing

We use HTTPS, access controls, short-lived tokens, and private object storage. Cloudflare and AI providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. We require providers to process it only as necessary to deliver their services. No system is completely secure.

7. Children

StickerPi is not directed specifically to children under 13. Users below the minimum digital-consent age in their region should use the service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent.

8. Your rights and contact

Email support@stickerpi.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. We will verify and process requests under applicable law.
